• Business data: information about your restaurant, bar or café, such as address, business type and billing details.
• Payment data: subscription payments are processed by Paddle.com ("Paddle") as Merchant of Record. Paddle collects and processes your payment data in accordance with its own Privacy Policy.
• Usage data: information about how you use the Service, such as actions, preferences and operational metrics, in order to provide and improve the Service.
• Cookies and similar technologies: we use cookies and similar technologies for site operation, audience measurement and the checkout process. See Section 5.

• Create and manage your account and subscription.
• Provide, maintain and improve the Service.
• Process payments and manage refunds (through Paddle).

4. Payments and Merchant of Record

Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all payments made through the Service. Paddle processes your payment data, calculates and collects taxes and issues the corresponding invoices. Payment data is handled by Paddle in accordance with its Privacy Policy. We do not store full card numbers or payment details on our servers.

We use cookies and similar technologies to make the site work properly, remember your preferences, measure site traffic and support Paddle's checkout process.
